When the "music bug" bit again, John was well into his forties, but that was not a drawback. Now he knew what kind of music he wanted to play, and he knew that along the way he would set up a recording studio. John and Callie often ask friends and fans what songs they want the band to play. John then arranges the music, plays it one instrument at a time into the computer, saves it as midi files and when the arrangement is finished, the playback sounds like a 17 piece orchestra. The arrangement is made to sound like an intimate 4 piece combo or a raucous R&R band from the late 60's. John's years of experience and two degrees in music make a difference in the completeness of the arrangements.
